General Terms and Conditions
- The general conditions of the online store business are determined by the terms and conditions of purchase and sale of products, realized by Freshka Gora ZR (hereinafter referred to as Seller). The general terms and conditions of the Freshka Gora online store are defined in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection and the International Code of Electronic Commerce. Freshka Gora online store is an information system designed to present and sell products to customers. It is managed by a company Freshka Gora ZR. The user is the person who uses our system, ie the customer in Freshka Gora online store.
The relationship between Freshka Gora online store and buyer is regulated by mutual obligations of buying through Freshka Gora online store, and in accordance with general conditions. Payment methods
Payment to the company account
If you have decided to pay by pro forma invoice, we will send a pro forma invoice with all the information to your e-mail address. Upon receipt of funds into our business account, the goods will be sent to your shipping address.
Payment on delivery
Payment by shipping is recommended if you want to pay the goods at the time of receiving a parcel. You pay it in cash (regardless of value), but you must be personally present when receiving.
If, at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the agreed address, the goods may be accepted by an adult who lives in the same household, together with the buyer or the person having the authority to
Price
All prices are shown in RSD with VAT included. We reserve the right to change the price, unless otherwise stated (in the case of shares and special discounts). Prices apply at the time of order creation and have validity and validity for the next period. The prices are valid in the case of payment provided by the payment methods and under the conditions stated above.
Conversion of foreign currencies
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – RSD (RSD). For the informative presentation of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount you will be charged with will be expressed in your local currency through conversion to the same at the rate used by card organizations, which can not be known to us at the time of the transaction.
As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference from the original price listed on our site.
The right to cancel the purchase and return of goods
The buyer is entitled to notify the seller in writing within 14 days of the delivery of the goods in writing, to the e-mail address: office@freshkagora.rs. The consumer can fill out the contract termination form. The consumer is obliged to return the goods to the seller no later than 14 days after the written notice. Returned products must be in original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the invoice. The direct costs of returning goods are covered by the buyer. The seller returns the entire paid amount, immediately if possible, and no later than 30 days after the receipt of the order on the cancellation of the order.
Delivery in Serbia
Costs of delivery are:
- when paying to your account or card:
- for weight up to 0.5kg 200 rsd,
- for weight up to 2kg 250 rsd,
- For amounts over 2000rsd, the buyer does not pay the postage.
- when paying by “cash on delivery”:
- for weight up to 0.5kg 242 rsd postage + 45rsd for money transfer,
- for weight up to 2kg 302 rsd + 45rsd for money transfer,
- For amounts over 2000rsd, the buyer pays 45rsd to transfer money.
Delivery time runs from the first following business day after the order. Delivery time is from 24h to 72h.
Delivery does not take place on Sundays.
In the case the product is not in stock, there is a possibility that the delivery time will be extended, but only after the telephone consultation with the customer.
If, at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the agreed address, the goods may be received by an adult who lives in the same household, together with the buyer or the person having the authority to take over the goods. The person who took over the product also takes over all accompanying documentation and confirms the receipt of the goods by signing the delivery note, stating his name, the date of the takeover of the goods.
